When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from the United States. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. It typically takes no more than 5 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Couples Experience subscription box orders are shipped based on your frequency selection.

 Each box will be shipped the first week of each month. If you place an order after the 15th of the month, your box will be shipped the first week of the following month. Feel free to connect with us directly via email at letstalk@couplesexperience.net.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 3-5 business days for delivery in the United States pending your location.
